Discord Ticket Bot

A free, self-hosted ticket bot for Discord support teams. You run it yourself,
so your ticket data never leaves your server.

• Up to 25 ticket types, each with its own emoji, colour, category and modal questionnaire (up to 5 questions)
• Claim system, priorities, staff notes, canned responses and broadcast
• Self-contained HTML transcripts with avatars embedded as Base64, hosted behind a public link, optionally under your own domain
• 1 to 5 star ratings after closing, auto-close for inactive tickets and staff reminders
• Runs on SQLite with zero setup, or on your own MySQL, MariaDB or PostgreSQL
• Optional built-in web dashboard: tickets, statistics, config and bot control in the browser, Discord OAuth login, per-role permissions, audit log
• 7 languages included, no telemetry, AGPL-3.0
