We’re at about 25 staff now and IT is basically being handled by whoever’s least busy that week, which obviously isn’t sustainable. Trying to decide between hiring a dedicated IT person or going with a managed services company. Would love to hear real experiences, not just “it depends” (I know it depends, just want to hear how other people actually decided).
