Vishal Kumar Sahni

Hello everyone! 👋

My name is Vishal Kumar Sahni, and I currently work as an Embedded Hardware Engineer at Teravolt. I am passionate about embedded systems, drone technology, robotics, and PCB design.

My fascination with electronics started long before my professional career. During my studies in Electronics and Communication Engineering, I was always curious about how hardware and software work together to create intelligent systems. That curiosity led me to explore microcontrollers, sensors, communication protocols, and embedded development.

Like many engineering students, I began with simple Arduino projects. What started as blinking LEDs and reading sensor values soon evolved into designing complete embedded systems using ESP32 and STM32 microcontrollers. Along the way, I learned valuable lessons about circuit design, PCB development, debugging, communication protocols, and system integration.

Over the years, I have worked on a variety of projects involving IoT devices, robotics systems, custom PCB development, and drone technologies. Every project brought new challenges and opportunities to learn. Some designs worked perfectly on the first attempt, while others required countless hours of troubleshooting. Those challenges became some of the most valuable learning experiences of my journey.

Today, at Teravolt, I contribute to the development of embedded hardware and drone-related technologies. My work involves hardware design, PCB layout, sensor integration, power management, communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN, as well as system testing and validation.

One of the things I enjoy most about embedded engineering is transforming an idea into a working product. Watching a design evolve from a schematic into a manufactured PCB and finally into a functional system is incredibly rewarding.

Through this blog, I plan to share my experiences, technical knowledge, project breakdowns, design challenges, debugging stories, and lessons learned throughout my engineering journey. My goal is to help students, hobbyists, and fellow engineers gain practical insights into embedded systems and hardware development.

Thank you for reading my first post. I look forward to sharing more content about embedded systems, drones, PCB design, IoT, and real-world engineering projects.

Let’s build something amazing together! 🚀
